Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions in Gympie/North Sunshine Coast region is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. You’ll deliver meaningful community care and support clients to improve independence in their homes and communities.

You’ll have a flexible schedule and work within a collaborative team, with a company vehicle and laptop provided to support mobile community work, along with CPD allowances and ongoing mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in occupational therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred; community or NDIA experience valued.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and ADL support.
• Deliver capacity-building programs in home and community settings.
• Carry out home modifications and prescribe assistive technology.
• Coordinate care and advocate across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and other funding streams.
• Support clients to improve independence and quality of life in their homes and communities.
