Job summary

BlueCare, part of the UnitingCare family, is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic for Lowood, Laidley and surrounding areas. You will visit clients in their homes to provide domestic assistance, supporting daily activities, meals, cleaning and personal care.

A valid driver’s licence and a roadworthy vehicle are essential, along with comfort with technology. This permanent part-time role offers $34.50 per hour, plus super, salary packaging and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Vehicle must be roadworthy and insured (Third Party Property minimum).
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance and care to clients in their homes to support independence.
• Spend time on the road visiting clients and performing scheduled visits.
• Assist with house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry and ironing.
• Provide transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
