Job summary

SGCH in Sydney is seeking a Partnership Coordinator to coordinate partnership programs and place-based initiatives that help customers access support and opportunities.

You’ll build trusted partnerships with Homes NSW, SDA, NDIS, and other funders, deliver program milestones, and report governance updates. This permanent role requires travel to SGCH offices and a commitment to inclusive, customer-centred practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in community services, social housing, project coordination, business administration or related discipline, or substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating partnership programs and initiatives, ensuring activities, milestones and stakeholder commitments are delivered effectively.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and funders across programs including Homes NSW, SDA, NDIS, Transitional Housing, SHMT and Bonnyrigg.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate program delivery and resolve operational issues.
• Preparing reports, meeting papers, program documentation and governance updates to support informed decision-making.
• Monitoring program performance, identifying emerging risks and recommending improvements to strengthen service delivery and customer outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records, reporting and administrative controls to support compliance and funding requirements.
