Job summary

The Tamworth Regional Council is seeking a confident communicator to enforce parking rules and respond to concerns across the community. You will work independently, using technology and communicating effectively to promote fair, consistent parking outcomes.

You will also contribute to developing parking strategies and policies, helping ensure parking remains efficient and accessible for residents, visitors and road users across the region.

Responsibilities

• Undertake parking enforcement activities and respond to parking concerns to support road safety and accessibility.
• Work with the community to promote understanding and compliance with parking rules.
• Contribute to initiatives and strategies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of parking operations.
• Collaborate with the broader team to support parking management across the Local Government Area.
• Provide support to the Ranger team when required.
