Suncare Community Services – North Lakes is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to support clients in their homes and local communities around Brisbane. You will assess needs, prescribe equipment, and design practical, person-centred care plans that help people stay independent and connected.

Qualifications

• Requirement: tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration to practise.
• Experience delivering OT services in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and recommend equipment for daily living.
• Prescribe exercises and strategies to maintain independence.
• Collaborate with carers, families and partners to tailor support.
• Share knowledge and contribute to service improvement.
