St George Community Housing in Sydney is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to deliver initiatives that strengthen local connections and foster belonging among customers and communities. You will coordinate placemaking, customer engagement activities and participation programs under the guidance of the Senior Community Impact and Partnership Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification in community development, placemaking, community services, social science, events, project coordination or related discipline.
• Experience planning and delivering community engagement, placemaking or events.
• Ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and coordinate priorities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate community engagement, placemaking and customer participation activities across SGCH communities.
• Support community consultations, workshops, events and customer voice activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, community organisations and local services.
• Assist onboarding of new developments and communities through placemaking initiatives.
• Maintain activity plans, stakeholder records and reporting.
• Collect customer feedback to support ESG outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Monitor activities, budgets and ensure safe, effective delivery.
