Stockland is seeking a customer-focused Sales Professional to guide customers through choosing a home and community within land lease areas. You will manage enquiries from first contact to deposit and settlement, building a strong sales pipeline and delivering outcomes with cross-functional support.

You will thrive on listening to customer needs, tailoring solutions, and representing Stockland professionally while adhering to sales and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience, preferably in land lease or lifestyle communities.
• Experience qualifying leads and converting enquiries to deposits and settlements.
• Strong questioning, listening and presentation skills.
• Organised with attention to contracts, compliance and administration.
• Comfort using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through home and community options and close deposits.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline and achieve conversion targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Operations, Marketing and Design teams.
• Develop referral opportunities and maintain professional representation.
