Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for its Southern Highlands display centre. You will manage the full customer journey from enquiry to contract, working with House & Land, acreage and knockdown rebuild clients to deliver a premium sales experience.

The role suits a high-achieving, customer-focused consultant with proven residential sales experience and strong closing skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential sales, preferably New Home Sales.
• Experience within a project home builder is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the Southern Highlands market preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills.
• Results-driven, organised and self-motivated; customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clarendon Homes at the display centre.
• Manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to signed contract.
• Work with greenfield, House & Land, Acreage and knockdown rebuild customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium sales experience.
• Confidently present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-demand environment.
• Weekend work essential.
