You will operate autonomously while remaining connected to the broader organisation, with opportunities to work across aged care, disability and restorative care programs.

Qualifikationen

• Registered nursing qualification and current registration with AHPRA.
• Commitment to high-quality clinical care in a home-based setting.

Aufgaben

• Deliver complex nursing care in the community.
• Administer IV, IM, SC and oral medications.
• Complete complex wound care and NPWT management.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate clients and families while maintaining accurate documentation.
