Job summary

We Care Staffing Solutions – Rutherford NSW is seeking in-home Community Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to older Australians in home settings. Roles involve comprehensive assessments, care planning, and providing 1:1 nursing support in clients’ homes across Rutherford and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates hold AHPRA registration, have aged care or community nursing experience, and possess strong assessment and communication skills, plus a valid driver’s license and

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver 1:1 in-home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care and insertion, and safe medication administration.
• Support Home Care Package clients to maintain independence and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care.

About The Role:

Our in-home Nurses deliver specialized, high-quality nursing care to older Australians in client homes in our local communities.

As a Community Nurse, you will provide person-centered care to clients living independently in the community. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Delivering 1:1 in-home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care and insertion, and safe medication administration.
• Supporting Home Care Package clients to maintain independence and enhance their wellbeing.
• Working collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, high-quality care.

About You

We are looking for someone who is not only clinically capable but also compassionate, empathetic and committed to making a difference. You will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
