Qualifikationen

• Diploma of Children’s Services or higher Early Childhood qualification.
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
• Knowledge and training in Child Safeguarding and child protection.
• First aid certification and up-to-date documentation.
• Two professional references.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF across three rooms.
• Oversee centre operations, occupancy and staff rostering.
• Mentor and support educators, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Build strong relationships with families and the Rose Bay community.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety policies are followed.
