Job summary

Select Aust Sydney seeks an experienced Educational Leader to step into the Centre Director role at our Rose Bay early learning centre. You will guide a warm team, oversee EYLF-aligned programs, and build strong relationships with families and the local community.

This permanent full-time role requires a Diploma in Children's Services, WWCC, police check, safeguarding expertise, and proven leadership; visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Children’s Services (or higher) required.
• WWCC and National Police Check required.
• Strong knowledge of Child Safeguarding and child protection practices.
• First aid certificates required.
• Two professional references.
• Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead a culture of safety and ensure compliance with Child Safe Standards across all rooms.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality, EYLF-aligned educational programs.
• Mentor and supervise educators to foster growth and strong teamwork.
• Engage families and the Rose Bay community to build lasting relationships.
• Manage daily centre operations, rostering, and reporting.
