Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
• Solid knowledge of the NQF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Regulations
• Current NSW Working With Children Check, plus first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates
• Child Protection training
• A calm, approachable and organised leadership style

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of educators and build a positive, collaborative workplace
• Oversee quality programmes aligned with EYLF and NQS, working towards Exceeding
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community
• Manage occupancy, budgets and day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety and wellbeing standards
