Job summary

Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre (WSAC) is seeking a Customer Experience Officer in Wangaratta, VIC. This permanent part-time role (25 hours per week) focuses on welcoming guests, handling enquiries, memberships, and bookings with warmth and professionalism.

You will contribute to a lively community hub, ensuring a seamless guest experience and a positive center environment. Evening and weekend flexibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team driven environment.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of WSAC – welcome members and visitors with positivity, professionalism and genuine care
• Make every moment seamless – support enquiries, process memberships and bookings, and help people feel informed and supported
• Keep the centre humming – assist with transactions, cash handling and essential admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly
• Create the vibe – help build an environment where people feel valued, encouraged and excited to return
