Job summary

Dovida is seeking a Business Development Manager based at the Margate office in Queensland to grow referral networks and educate communities about home care services. You will develop relationships with referral partners, represent Dovida at events, and drive growth through consultative selling.

The role focuses on building networks, creating opportunities, and helping people understand how Dovida can support them to live well at home, with the chance to progress into a community-focused role

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or consultative selling.
• Aged care or experience working with seniors is desirable, but right values and ability to connect with people matter most.
• Permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Identify new referral opportunities and build strong relationships.
• Promote Dovida and build trust with referral partners and the community.
• Conduct calls, meetings and presentations to educate others about our services.
• Attend and organise local networking and community events.
• Maintain referral relationships, records and activity targets.
• Work with the team to identify opportunities and drive growth.
