Job summary

Dovida Australia is seeking experienced relationship builders to help families access trusted home care across Australia. As a Dovida Sales Agent, you will nurture healthcare relationships, guide care options, and connect families with Dovida services, supported by training, systems and local care teams.

This is a commission-based independent-contractor opportunity focused on community relationships, care consultations and introducing new clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, healthcare, aged care or community engagement.
• Build rapport easily and develop long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Listen well and communicate effectively, sharing complex information in a reassuring way.
• Confident handling consultative and sensitive conversations.
• Self-motivated, resilient, able to work independently and care about the people you work with.
• Desire to build a commercially sustainable business that benefits the community.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, community organisations and local networks.
• Speak with individuals and families to understand what matters to them.
• Explain home care options clearly, sensitively and without pressure.
• Conduct care consultations and help families identify suitable support.
• Provide a warm handover to the local Dovida care team.
• Become a knowledgeable and trusted home care specialist in your community.
• Grow your business through strong relationships, responsiveness and referrals.
• Make a meaningful difference by helping people remain independent at home.
• Use your sales and relationship-building experience in a purpose-led sector.
• Manage your own schedule and local business activity.
• Receive home care training, marketing resources, technology and ongoing guidance.
• Work alongside local Dovida teams responsible for coordinating and delivering care.
• Earn ongoing commission from eligible clients you introduce to Dovida.
