Job summary

Dovida Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of Corporate Offices across the Victorian Dovida region. You will partner with Business Operations Managers to enhance performance, drive growth, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will build high-performing teams, shape strategic initiatives, and ensure governance and operational standards are maintained. This role demands strategy as well as hands-on execution to support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple sites, regions, or business units.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving financial and operational performance.
• Ability to coach, develop, and influence leaders and high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Experience leading organisational change and strategic initiatives.
• Relevant qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.

• Lead strategic projects, change initiatives, and business transformation activities across the region.
• Partner with National Office stakeholders to drive consistency, governance, and operational standards.
• Maintain oversight of regional revenue, profitability, gross margin, EBITDA, and budget performance.
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong employee engagement.
