Job summary

Dovida is seeking a Business Development Manager for a 6 Month FTC (Full-Time hours) based at our Margate office. You’ll thrive on building relationships, identifying referral opportunities and promoting our home care services to the community.

Initially you’ll train in the office with our team before moving to a more community-focused role, building networks and valuable partnerships. The position offers a salary of $95,750 plus Super.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify new referral opportunities and build strong relationships.
• Promote Dovida and build trust with referral partners and the community.
• Conduct calls, meetings and presentations to educate others about our services.
• Attend and organise local networking and community events.
• Maintain referral relationships, records and activity targets.
• Work with the team to identify opportunities and drive growth.
