Job summary

Dovida is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Margate office. You will build referral networks, educate the community about our services and promote Dovida’s person-centred home care.

Based at our Margate office, you’ll spend time out in the community, building relationships and opportunities while supporting older Australians to live well at home. A values-led, sales-focused role with a purpose-driven approach.

Key responsibilities

A relationship-driven, consultative sales role where you’ll represent Dovida in the community.

• Identify new referral opportunities and build strong relationships
• Promote Dovida and build trust with referral partners and the community
• Conduct calls, meetings and presentations to educate others about our services
• Attend and organise local networking and community events
• Maintain referral relationships, records and activity targets
• Work with the team to identify opportunities and drive growth

You’ll initially build your knowledge of Dovida, Salesforce, My Aged Care and our enquiry-to-conversion process in the office before transitioning to a more community-focused role — building networks, making connections and nurturing relationships.

Experience in business development, sales or consultative selling is important. Aged care or experience working with seniors is desirable, but above all, we’re looking for someone who brings the right values, personality and ability to connect with people.
