Job summary

Breakthru is seeking a passionate Disability Support Worker to join our Tuggerah team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and engage in social activities within community settings.

This customer-centric role spans homes, workplaces, and neighbourhoods to help clients reach their personal goals. No prior experience is required, and there may be a traineeship option with paid on-the-job training to earn a nationally recognised qualification.

About the role…

An exciting role exists for a passionate and empowering Disability Support Worker to join our growing Tuggerah team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer‑centric role, you will work with a wide range of customers.

About you…

As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.

• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
