Job summary

The Royal Rehab Group is seeking a Community Disability Support Worker in Tuggerah to help clients live independently and enhance their social wellbeing in community settings.

No prior experience is required, with a possible traineeship that includes paid study toward a nationally recognised qualification. You will complete essential pre-employment checks and work across homes, workplaces and local neighbourhoods to support meaningful goals.

• Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain).
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain).

About The Role…

An exciting role exists for a passionate and empowering Disability Support Worker to join our growing Tuggerah team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer-centric role, you will work with a wide range of customers.

About You…As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.
