Job summary

Royal Rehab Tuggerah is seeking a dedicated Community Disability Support Worker to join Breakthru's growing team in a community-based role. You will provide person-centred support to people with disabilities to live independently and engage in daily activities across homes, workplaces, and local neighbourhoods.

You will build real connections, help clients achieve personal goals, and work in a values-driven, inclusive environment that supports your growth and success.

Qualifications

• Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain).
• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain).
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain).

About the role…

An exciting role exists for a passionate and empowering Disability Support Worker to join our growing Tuggerah team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support our customers to achieve their personal goals and to live satisfying lives in our community. Being a customer-centric role, you will work with a wide range of customers.

About you…

As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.
