Job summary

Breakthru in Atherton is seeking a casual Community Disability Support Worker to assist clients with daily living, community access, and in-home supports, delivering flexible shifts across homes, workplaces, and local neighbourhoods.

You will work with a friendly, close-knit team, undergo mandatory checks (police, WWCC, NDIS) and access salary packaging and benefits as part of Royal Rehab Group, with opportunities for growth and strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain).
• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain).
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Accessing the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities.
• Participation in a range of scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities and excursions.
• Engagement in social events.
• Transportation assistance where required.
• Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports.
