Job summary

Breakthru is seeking a casual team member to support individuals in community and in-home settings across disability, mental health, and employment services. The role offers flexible shifts and immediate starts, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and experience levels to join a values-driven team.

You’ll work directly with clients in homes, workplaces or communities, helping with daily living activities, transport, meal preparation and social engagement while prioritising

Qualifications

• Criminal record check required or willing to obtain.
• Working with children’s check required or willing to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Screening clearance required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Access the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities.
• Participate in scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor activities and excursions.
• Engage in social events and prepare meals or simple in-home supports.
• Provide transportation assistance where required.

About The Role

We’re seeking a casual team member with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Accessing the community for shopping, appointments and day-to-day activities
• Participation in a range of scheduled activities such as cooking, art, outdoor physical activities and excursions
• Engagement in social events
• Transportation assistance where required
• Meal preparation and other simple in-home supports
