Job summary

Help&I Pty Ltd is seeking caring Disability Support Workers in New South Wales to provide person-centred support to NDIS clients across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The role involves daily living assistance, personal care, transport, and social activities to help clients achieve their goals.

You will work in a supportive, inclusive team culture with flexible hours and competitive pay depending on experience. A valid Australian driver’s license, WWCC, and valid First Aid/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with manual handling/hoist, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
• Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
• WWCC (or willing to obtain).
• Full Australian driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Comprehensive car insurance.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
• Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
• Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
• Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
• Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
• Perform Disability Support Worker and AIN duties.

• Full Australian driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Comprehensive car insurance.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).
