Housing and Public Works in North West Queensland seeks a permanent, flexible full-time staff member to deliver culturally appropriate casework services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. You will build partnerships with a broad range of service providers, maintain records, and contribute to service delivery improvements within the Jimaylya Topsy Harry Centre.

• Class C Driver's Licence is mandatory.
• Degree or Diploma in relevant field with case management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver best practice casework services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers with sound assessment and intervention skills.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders and service providers to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain case records and reports, perform data entry and performance reporting.
• Participate in training and development to align with evidence-based practices and departmental objectives.
• Contribute to good governance and Frontline Services objectives, and uphold WHS policies.
