About You

We’re looking for a caring, reliable and motivated individual who enjoys helping others and is passionate about supporting people to live independently in their community. You’ll hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Home and Community Care and bring strong communication, organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You’ll have a current Victorian Driver’s Licence and access to your own safe, roadworthy vehicle with full comprehensive insurance that you’re willing to use for work, as well as a current National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Your compassionate nature, flexibility and ability to respond to different client needs will help you build positive and respectful relationships.
