Job summary

Banksia Village on the NSW South Coast is seeking caring individuals to join our Community Care team, delivering high quality in-home support to clients in Broulee.

You will provide personal care, domestic duties, meal prep and transport assistance, supported by full orientation and a buddy program.

We offer permanent hours, flexible rosters and access to a modern vehicle fleet, with vaccination requirements and police checks in place.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent (or working towards).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• National Police check or willingness to obtain.
• Demonstrated understanding and a minimum of 12 months experience of the aged care sector.

Banksia is seeking to increase our Community Care - Care Services team with experienced individuals who will deliver high quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Community Care Services - Permanent Part Time and Casual positions available

Banksia is a highly respected, single-site not-for-profit organisation delivering exceptional aged care services in the seaside village of Broulee, on the NSW South Coast. We support our community through three integrated services:

• 121 independent living villas within our retirement village
• An 80-bed residential aged care facility
• Community Care services

What you’ll do:
