Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is hiring for Home Health roles in Port Macquarie to provide in-home support to customers in their own homes and communities. You will assist with domestic tasks, transport to appointments, and personal care while building trust with families.

The role offers permanent part-time or casual contracts, competitive hourly rates, travel allowances, and a paid induction program. Benefits include wellbeing leave, parental leave, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a Care role is a must.
• Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Sunday.
• A current Australian Driver's License and own a reliable vehicle.
• Vaccinated for COVID-19 with at least 2 shots.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to customers with domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Helping with transportation for your customers to appointments, shopping and for social outings.
• Assisting your customers with personal care support including showering, toileting and feeding assistance.
• Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with our customers and their families.
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe.

Your New Role

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities located inRandwick, Maroubra, Coogee, Bondi, Kingsford, Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Hillsdaleand surrounding areas.
