Job summary

Banksia Lodge in Broulee, NSW, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical leadership team on a part-time basis. The role includes delivering high-quality clinical care, mentoring care staff, and upholding our commitment to resident wellbeing overnight shifts 2215 - 0700.

We offer permanent hours, a supportive team, orientation and buddy program, salary packaging options, ongoing education, and staff recognition. Visa sponsorships are not available at this time.

Qualifications

• Current qualification and registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
• A genuine passion for aged care and supporting older Australians.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to lead and support care teams.
• A sound understanding of the aged care sector is highly desirable.

Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated, professional, and caring Registered Nurse to join our clinical leadership team at Banksia Lodge.

Registered Nurse - Part Time (must have the ability to work regular overnight shifts 2215 - 0700)

Banksia is a highly respected, single-site not-for-profit and charitable organisation delivering quality aged care services in the beautiful seaside village of Broulee, located on the South Coast of NSW. We provide care and support across three integrated services:

• 121 independent living villas in our retirement village
• An 80-bed residential aged care facility
• Community care services

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents
• Mentor, guide, and support care staff in delivering exceptional aged care
• Promote and uphold Banksia's values and commitment to excellence
