Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership to develop, coach and manage staff performance.
• Sales mentorship with strategies to drive business growth.
• Experience in residential lending (essential).
• Strong communication to convey branch expectations.
• Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the branch team to achieve growth and KPI targets.
• Track KPIs, produce reports, and develop strategic plans for market share in the local area.
• Be the face of Bendigo Bank, building community relationships and representing the brand at events.
• Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining high compliance standards.
• Prioritize customer experience and lead by example in all branch activities.
• Support ongoing staff development through on‑the‑job training and learning opportunities.
