Job summary

Bendigo Bank in Victor Harbor, SA, seeks a Branch Manager to lead a local team, drive growth and strengthen community ties. You will coach staff, manage lending and operations, and uphold the customer‑first standard while delivering strategic plans and KPI targets.

You'll be the face of the brand, partner with the Community Bank board, and champion continuous learning with on‑the‑job training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership to develop, coach and manage staff performance.
• Sales mentorship with strategies to drive business growth.
• Experience in residential lending (essential).
• Strong communication to convey branch expectations.
• Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework.

Responsibilities

This is a full time permanent role located in Victor Harbor Community Bank. SA. The roster is 76 hours a fortnight.
