Job summary

Join LME Care as a SIL Support Worker on the Gold Coast, helping participants live their best lives with creativity, empathy and practical care. This role supports a young participant with complex behaviours, Monday to Friday mornings from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

You’ll work closely with participants, families and the wider team to plan activities, encourage independence and celebrate everyday achievements while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

For this particular position, you will support a young participant with complexe behaviors from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

Who You Are

• You are an experienced female support worker as requested by the participant
• You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• You have experience in complex behaviors and crisis intervention
