Job summary

Live Your Best Life with LME Care - Registered NDIS Provider, Supporting Independent Living. We’re seeking a female SIL Support Worker to assist a young participant with complex behaviours in a Monday to Friday, 7:30–10:30 am routine, delivering compassionate day-to-day care and promotion of independence.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex behaviours and crisis intervention.
• Cert III in IDDS or willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Blue Card.

For this particular position, you will support a young participant with complexe behaviors from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

Who You Are

• You are an experienced female support worker as requested by the participant
• You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• You have experience in complex behaviors and crisis intervention
