Communications & Investor Relations Coordinator

The opportunity will support investor relations and communications across digital content, presentations, events and stakeholder engagement.

About the role:

Working closely with the Investor Relations and Communications Manager, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Coordinating content across websites, social media and investor platforms
• Preparing presentations, market-facing materials and corporate collateral
• Supporting investor communications, conferences, webinars and site visits
• Updating website content and maintaining digital communication channels
• Coordinating media monitoring, stakeholder information and follow-up activity
• Managing communication assets, templates, imagery and content calendars
• Supporting consistent branding and messaging across Australian and European operations

Skills and experience required:

• 4+ years' experience across corporate communications, investor relations support, marketing communications, content or a related area
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Confident using PowerPoint and producing polished corporate materials
• Experience coordinating digital content, websites, social media or email campaigns
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• A good eye for design, formatting and brand consistency
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and operational teams
• Experience in mining, resources, critical minerals, industrial, engineering, energy, infrastructure, financial services or listed-companies required
• Spanish language capability would be advantageous
