Job summary

Salt & Shein is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Manager to lead strategy, communication, and engagement for its unlisted investor base. Reporting to a Group Executive, you will mentor a two-person team and collaborate with funds management, finance, legal, and corporate affairs.

You will develop engagement strategies, manage investor communications, and oversee capital-raising materials while monitoring market trends to shape business strategy.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in unlisted investor relations, funds management, or related field.

• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

A well established and growing real assets investment manager is seeking a senior Investor Relations Manager to lead the strategy, communication, and engagement program for its unlisted investor base. Reporting to a Group Executive and leading a small team, this role offers the opportunity to shape investor experience while working closely with funds management, finance, legal, and corporate affairs stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing investor engagement, marketing, and communication strategies for current and prospective unlisted investors.
• Managing investor communications, including quarterly and annual updates, portfolio reporting, and performance communications.
• Preparing high-quality presentation materials, information memorandums, pitch books, and capital raising documentation.
• Monitoring market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activity to help inform business strategy.
• Maintaining investor databases, websites, and communication channels.
• Managing investor enquiries and building strong long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Ensuring all investor communications meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Mentoring and leading a team of two.

About you:

• Degree qualified in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 + years' experience unlisted investor relations, funds management, capital raising, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, private wealth, and financial communications.
• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategic marketing and communication programs for sophisticated investors.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
