Job summary

CPB Contractors is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join the Gateway JV Project team in Brisbane. You will support internal and external communications and help deliver community engagement initiatives to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

You will develop content for newsletters and staff bulletins, coordinate meetings, and assist with issues management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on a major infrastructure site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver content for internal and external publications (newsletters, community notifications, staff bulletins).
• Assist with the engagement of external stakeholders to maintain project trust and reliability.
• Work closely with the Project Team to identify, anticipate and respond to community issues and concerns through effective communication.
• Assist the Stakeholder Engagement Manager by developing and implementing a range of communication-related activities including community notifications, meetings, complaint management and record keeping.

Communications Coordinator – Gateway JV Project

The Project

CPB Contractors along with our industry partners have been selected as preferred proponent to deliver a key piece of Brisbane infrastructure for the Department of Main Roads. The Gateway Joint Venture comprising of CPB, BMD and Georgiou will deliver the deliver the full scope of works through to 2030.

The Opportunity

Join our Stakeholder and Communications Team and play a key role in supporting effective internal and external communications across the project. Working closely with the broader project team, you will help deliver communication initiatives and community engagement activities that strengthen and maintain positive relationships with our key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
