Suncorp is seeking a NSW CTP Common Law Claims Advisor in Sydney. You will leverage legal expertise to manage complex personal injury claims, negotiate outcomes, and ensure fair customer solutions within a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates bring a legal background, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with solicitors, medical professionals and internal teams to drive timely resolutions while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified lawyer or legal professional with transferable skills.
• Experience with personal injury/CTP claims is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder skills essential.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of complex Common Law personal injury claims from lodgement through to resolution.
• Develop and execute effective claims strategies for timely outcomes.
• Review medical, financial, rehabilitation and investigative evidence to support decisions.
• Negotiate with claimants, solicitors and stakeholders across pre-proceedings and litigated claims.
• Attend settlement conferences and hearings as required.
• Collaborate with customers, legal teams, and advisors to ensure compliant handling.
