Universal Store is seeking a driven retail leader to step into a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager role in Cairns. You will work closely with the Store Manager, mirror responsibilities, and drive sales, customer experience, and VM execution with a Sunday–Thursday roster.

Bring leadership in retail, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to maintain brand standards and stock control in a fast-paced environment. Growth pathways toward Store Manager are available.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
