Job summary

Universal Store in NSW is seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, stepping into a full-time leadership role. The position involves leading store operations, coaching the team, and driving sales targets in a Sunday–Thursday roster.

You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage stock and VM directives, and contribute to a culture that values care, help, and making things work.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager).
• Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards.
• Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
