The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane is seeking a Commis Chef to join our dedicated culinary team. This entry-level role offers hands-on kitchen experience and growth within a renowned hospitality brand, supporting the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across outlets.

You will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen standards, and work closely with senior chefs to develop skills and culinary foundations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
• Entry-level position with hands-on kitchen experience preferred.
• A strong interest in culinary operations and food safety.
