W Sydney is seeking Commis Cooks for various outlets. PT and FT roles available depending on candidate availability and working rights in Australia. Positions at Level 29/30 Roof Top Bar, BTWN/IRD, and Breakfast Chef.

Qualifications

• Proven pastry chef experience in a fast paced and quality driven working environment.
• Well-developed ability to work independently and as part of a strong, diverse and dynamic team.
• Must be passionate about food and keen to showcase their ability in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the pastry section and kitchen operations to ensure high quality service.
• Follow all company safety policies and report maintenance needs to the manager; complete safety training and certifications.
