Working alongside our Chef, you will help with mise en place, preparation and presentation of dishes, maintain food safety and cleanliness, follow recipes, rotate stock and contribute to a positive, high‑performing kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure availability of mis en place, as required.
• Assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Following recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Ensuring stock is rotated, stored, and labelled correctly.
