TRIBE Perth, based next to Kings Park and 3 minutes from Perth’s CBD, offers 123 hotel-style rooms, TRIBE Table for breakfast and dinner, and innovative shared spaces for a mobile office. On leisure days, explore local wineries and beaches along the coast.

As our Commis Chef, you will learn from senior chefs, showcase your love for food, creativity and teamwork, crafting dishes that leave a lasting impression in a fast-paced kitchen. Training is provided, with Accor brands supporting your growth.

Qualifications

• Recognised culinary training and work experience.
• Commercial cookery certification; safety certificates preferred.
• Ambition, talent and passion for food; open to feedback.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team and communicate clearly.
• Flexible availability for shifts, including mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes meet standards and are served within timeframes with high quality.
• Follow health, safety and HACCP regulations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in prep.
• Receive training from senior chefs.
• Handle kitchen tasks from dishwashing to crafting dishes.
