• Commercial cookery certification with safe food handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes per property standards within designated timeframes.
• Maintain HACCP and health & safety practices in all kitchen tasks.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in food preparation.
• Receive ongoing training from senior chefs and collaborate with the team.
• Assist with a range of kitchen tasks, from dishwashing to plating.
