RACV Royal Pines Resort is seeking passionate Commis chefs and Kitchen Attendant/Cooks to join a dynamic culinary team across multiple kitchens, from a large main production kitchen to high-volume conferences and events. The roles offer a 7-day rotating roster including mornings and evenings, with opportunities in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and group service up to 1000 guests.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery required.
• Previous cookery experience in 4–5 star hotel/resort kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work 5am–midnight on a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen operation duties.
• Demonstrate knife skills and mise en place.
• Produce consistent high-quality dishes.
• Maintain equipment and a clean, hygienic kitchen.
• Rotate stock to minimize wastage.
• Work well within a team and follow directions from senior chefs.
• Follow WHS policies and procedures.
