Job summary

RACV Limited on the Gold Coast is seeking passionate Commis chefs and Kitchen Attendants/Cooks for full-time, part-time or casual roles at RACV Royal Pines Resort.

Join a broad culinary team across multiple kitchens, from a large main production kitchen to events, with a 7‑day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Competitive shifts and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Flexible 7‑day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous cookery experience in a 4‑5 star hotel/resort kitchen.
• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery is essential.
• Knife and cookery skills for conference/events, larder, grill, buffet and short order.
• Knowledge of kitchen sections, sauces, mis en place and butchery.

Responsibilities

• Produce a consistent high quality product and standard.
• Maintain equipment, utensils and a clean, hygienic kitchen.
• Rotate stock and minimise wastage.
• Work well in a team and follow directions from senior chefs.
• Follow WHS policies and procedures.
