Job summary

The Boathouse Tavern on the Gold Coast is seeking a commis chef to join its kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef with preparation, cooking and plating during service and contribute to a lively, fast-paced environment.

The role requires a hands-on team player with attention to detail, strong time management and the ability to work days, nights and weekends. The successful candidate will be reliable, presentable and eager to develop skills within an independent hospitality group.
