Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment's client, an Australian non-bank lender specialising in commercial property finance, is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join the Loan Origination team in Sydney. You will manage broker relationships, assess opportunities early, and help progress transactions through credit and origination.

This role demands a commercial property lending background, strong communication, and the ability to structure property-backed funding solutions with brokers.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property lending, loan origination or broker relationship roles within financial services.
• Solid understanding of property-backed lending, loan structures, credit assessment and security positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships across an established portfolio of commercial property finance brokers.
• Assess new lending opportunities with brokers and discuss funding requirements and deal structures.
• Review potential transactions, identify key credit considerations, and support progression through lending processes.
• Provide brokers with timely updates and commercial guidance throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
• Grow existing broker relationships and generate additional lending activity.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and contribute market insights to the business.
