Job summary

HAYLO People is seeking a Commercial Property Claims Manager to join our Sydney team and oversee a complex portfolio of property claims, aligned with CAT-related work and broader Property lines.

The role is based in Sydney CBD with 3 days work-from-home, offering a salary between $90,000 and $110,000 plus Super and Bonus, in a full-time permanent position. You will liaise with brokers, investigators and legal professionals to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in insurance claims handling within Commercial Property.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Confidently manage a variety of complex claims, focusing on commercial property.
• Conduct liability assessment, reserve management and recoveries evaluation.
• Oversee accounts with invoices, settlements and funds management.
• Develop strong connections with clients such as brokers, investigators, loss adjusters and legal professionals.
• Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs and ensure SLA compliance.

AtHAYLO People, we specialise in recruitment acrossGeneral Insurance. We're partnered with a leading Claims Management business who is currently looking for a Commercial Property Claims Manager to join their Sydney team and manage a complex portfolio of property claims.

• Location:Sydney CBD | 3 days work from home
• Hours:Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life balance
• Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Bonus
• Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Claims Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Confidently manage a variety of complex claims, focussing on commercial property. Wider lines included such as CAT related claims, Business Pack and ISR
• Conduct liability assessment, reserve management and evaluate recoveries
• Oversee accounts with the responsibility of invoices, settlement processes and managing funds
• Develop strong connections with clients such as: brokers, investigators, loss adjusters and legal professionals
• Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs
• Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
• Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies
